Delicious. Tart red/green/sharp/crisp apples/fruit peel/hay/straw/pepper/herbal/grass/yeast earth/lt funk. Bone dry/crisp high carb. Lingering acid/tannins, min harshness. Very smooth/pretty refreshing. Great fruit complexity/balance w/ Brett yeast.
