Delicious! Tart red/green/crisp apples/fruit peel/herbal/floral/yeast earth/lt habanero pepper. Semidry/semicrisp carb. Lt lingering acid/tannin. Slight increasing heat thru the glass. Very flavorful/refreshing. Great fruit complexity/balance. Big fan.
