Four pack from Appalachian. Wine glass @home. Hazy, dusty pale gold, subtle bubbles. Odd earthy, gum & pineapple nose. Not super appetizing. Musty, lemon, old papaya, very veggie, cooking oil, old wood. Spritzy, chalky yeast, potent sulfites, strong for the abv. Just doesn't taste good.

Can from Holiday Market. Pours a clearish straw gold with no head. Funky, horseblanket aroma with grape must, cobweb, oak and catpiss. Low carbonation with pear, apple, peppercorn and more must and funk. Lingering pepper, tannins and apple on the finish.

Fantastic! Tart red/green/crisp/sharp apples; fruit peel/hay/straw/grass/wood/sugar; lt honey/vanilla/pepper/musty Brett funk. Semidry/semicrisp carb. Lt acid/tang/tannic drying. No pucker/astringent. Very flavorful/refreshing. Very impressive stuff.
