Golden-copper colored, medium white lasting head. Aroma is of caramel, dried fruits and herbal grassy notes. Taste is medium+ sweet caramel malty, some sugar, fruity, some bread and herbal medium bitterness, dry finish. Medium bodied, average carbonation. Surprisingly hoppy and bitter for a Bock!

Smooth and malty beginning. Fresh floral bitterness. Easy to drink with a malty-fresh body. Heller-Bock sweetness with not much bitterness. A bit viscous, round and smooth. Nice.

Many Thanks for this beer to kevnic2008.

Bottle: Light golden-brown with a small, off-white head. Grain, hay aroma....almost an antiseptic note..... Taste is lightly straw/leaf/floral bitter... Grain malt... Feels a bit thin... Not exactly pleasing.

Bottle. Deep hazy orange body, thin off-white head. Odd nose, toasty and leafy with some weird stinky butterscotchy notes. Dry, biscuity body, layered and toasty, with light hints of fermented fruits. Leafy and tannic. Boring.
