Delicious. Tart green/crisp apples/fruit peel/spearmint/earl grey tea/herbal/pepper. Dry/semicrisp carb. Lingering acid/tang/tannic drying. Cooling mint finish. Refreshingly smooth. Great fruit/spice complexity/balance. Very well made dry cider.
