Definitely similarly fruity patootee as the non plus, hard to compare side by side years later but I feel like I love this one more as a raspberry forward jammy acid though nice finish kicker.

Bottled 5/22/19. Pours dark deep purple, close to black. Very nice viscosity. Massively fruity smell, tons of blackberry, plenty of boysen, bit of boozyness. Very soft mouthfeel, lovely body. Taste is intensely jammy, little bit tart, super rich and deep.

Yesterday. Absolutely delicious mead with high complexity from the berry selection. Also delicious with cheese which wasn’t really a surprise.

Amazing! Tart/tangy boysen/black/red/raspberry/skin/seed/raisin/plum/currant/brown sugar/honey; lt toffee/vanilla/herbal. Sweet/medium-full body. Lt acid/tangy drying. No cloying. Super smooth/soft/min warmth. Another easy winner as usual. Wow!
