Our Northern Michigan bees head down to the panhandle of Florida during the winter - and they work on helping us harvest the mystical and delicious Tupelo Honey. This famous honey then becomes Tupelo Ambrosia - a buttery smooth traditional mead that exudes class.

Bottle pour at Savannah Bee Co. in Charleston SC. Poured from a 750ml bottle. Poured a clear pale golden yellow color. Aroma was light honey, light pineapple, buttery notes. Pretty tasty, standard.

750 mL bottle. Pours a clear pale golden. Sweet honey aroma with a touch of alcohol. Flavor is sweet honey, fruity orange citrus. Straightforward, but quite tasty.

Great! Medium honey sweetness; pear/apple/peach/mint/rose flowers/earthy spice/vanilla. Balanced semi dry finish. Great complexity.
