Bottle sipping at home this week splurged on some mead. Light colored yellow fairly transparent. Nose is rich honey and light florals. Tastes of honey, botanicals, some wood, faint melon. Little boozy

Amazing! Full sweetness; lemon/pear/pineapple/melon/peach/vanilla/bourbon/oak/toffee. Light spicy oak/acidic balance. Full body/very smooth.

375 mL bottle. A still, clear bright yellow mead. Heavy sweet honey aroma, herbal edges and perfumey alcohol potency. Sweet sugary honey flavor, maple syrupy, herbal influence. Rather clean finish for its heft. Really nice.
