Pours a clear yellow. Scent is not very expressive. mild raw, green and herbal blossoms. Taste is gentle, mildly floral, tad bitter. Elderflower (not specificly, but as a category) blossom-like aspects. medium high sweetness.

Bottle @TreeRock. Made with linden honey. Clear, vibrant 14k gold. Clover-ish honey, grain, warming wax scent. Syrupy, smoked, maple, wax, lingering nutty sweetness. Some acidity. Good, but got better as it sat.

# 1949; 4/2020. Honey, resin and beeswax in aroma. Briliant gold body with oil structure. Complex and deep honey flavor, slightly resiny, slightly sweeter. Very good mead. Clear glas bottle, market, Pilsen (Bohemia, CZ).

Bottle share with München Ratebeer tasting group at Jonas's house Garching. Monday 17th February 2020. Sweet but smooth, a little boozyness comes back down the mouth, surprised by how easy drinking this is. I like this.

Bottle. Clear golden color with small bubbles. Aroma is petrol, honey, beeswax, plastic. Taste is the same, quite a lot of beeswax. Oily mouthfeel, quite light, warming finish.
