Sticky bottle. Golden, Artificial honey, sweet, cinnamon, canned apples, medium light sticky body. spice and solvents.

Mala butelka z Karviny. Jasna, bardzo jasna slomkowa barwa, pachnaca akacjami i kwiatem lipy. W smaku bardzo delikatne niczym dotkniecie ukochanej osoby, bardzo wyczuwalny smak miodu lipowego dodanego do naparu z lipy. Jest tez pewna maslanosc w tej slowackiej medovinie, ale nie potrafie jakos tego okreslic. Jeden z najdelikatniejszych i subtelnych miodow jakie testowalem.

Tasting at Matt's
Strong wild flower honey aroma, wax. Strong wax flavour, very sweet, a bit floral; strong alcohol notes. A bit of bitterness adds complexity, but it's fairly simple overall.

Bottle - Intense flowery honeysuckle and honey. Clear gold. Honeysuckle and nice honey notes with a bit of booze and sweetness in the finish.

Quite pale. Sagey rosemary honey nose, sweet, floral, with a bit of wood note in the finish. Nice.

180mL bottle, pours a clear golden with a tiny head. Nose brings out a musty, earthy honey character, with light bees wax. Flavour is likewise on the earthy side, with treacle, alcohol, light bees wax, and wildflower honey. Lots of depth here, with medium sweetness. A great base product here.

Bottle 18 cl at Gothenburg Beer Festival 2013 (Haket), Saturday, sampled on September 7, 2013.Wrote down "Apimed Original Slovenska Medovina" 18 cl 13,5% ABV, Original Slovak mead.Clear golden color, micro size few bubbles though no head, nice oily legs. Sweet, alcohol, honey, some gypsum scent. Sweet, honey taste. Sweet honey aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel, sweet lingering finish.

Dark golden color. Aroma of honey, herbs blackberries. Taste, honey, blackberries, hints of lemon and herbs. Drinkable.
