Growler: Pours still, clear copper-red. Sweet cherry, honey aroma. Taste is slightly spicy, boozy cherry malt..honey... Almost tart....very definitive cherry flavours. Nice.

Bottle shared at Chrisso’s May 2014 tasting 25/05/2014. Thanks to our host Chris for this one. Rich red / amber coloured pour, quite viscous. Aroma is grapes, sherry, alcohol. Flavour is composed of cherry, hint of tart, sherry, warming alcohol. Some christmas spices, slightly musty. Palate is sticky and sweet, but the tartness cuts through. Good stuff.

Chriso May 2014 tasting. Clear ruby. Lasting white head. Cherries are great. A little sweetness. But the cherries are excellent. Lovely.
