A ‘Pyment’ (pie-ment) is a mead made with grapes. This one is made with clover honey, shiraz grape juice, and natural wildberry concentrate. It is full bodied and semi-sweet. Makes a great sangria or try it over ice as a spritzer.

Ulfborg weekend celebration of nothing in particular. Red with no head. Aroma of sweet red berries, alcohol and a hint of honey. Very sweet berry flavour with a hint of honey and plenty of alcohol.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. No head. Color is ruby. Aroma and taste are rich honey, fruits, berries and warming alcohol. Nice.

glass at the vintage. purple - ish. botttom of bottle. smell is mild berries and fruity perfume. ye, berry background on a honey bun. backbone is mead honey fer sure. not bad overall. like able. a little strong fer a mead. but goes down easy.

2012 Colorado Mead Tasting at Armin’s house. Pours a clear, dark purple appearance with no head. Somewhat syrupy, jammy berry, somewhat thick aroma. Thick, somewhat boozy, light vanilla, big jammy blackberry, somewhat herbal flavor. A bit too rich for me but not bad.

Light purple colour. Lots of fruit. The wine shows thorugh as well with slight meady accetns. Sweet front, then berries and finishing with some vinous notes. Not really my thing.
