375 ml Bottle Adamchandler poured about 4 ounces. Aroma is beeswax, honey, subtle floral notes. Very nuanced, citrus, honey, floral, and traces of vanilla. Not overly sweet and not cloying at all. Pretty enjoyable for me.

375ML. Another bottle acquired in a trade. Mead is very light straw yellow. The aroma lends to what is a very simple and straight-forward mead. Honey, bits of cherry and orange and coconut. Already a bit of oxidation setting in here. orange peel, vanilla, ginger root, oranges, even some banana. very good stuff. solid, actually a bit of burn from the booze left over at the end.

Fantastic! Lemon/orange/melon/floral/pear/apple; light vanilla/herbal/spice. Sweet finish. Slight acidity. No cloying. Perfectly clean. --- Beer merged from original tick of Essence Mead on 22 Jul 2017 at 15:15 - Score: 8. Original review text:

Sampled at the meadery, Pours a light gold. Aroma and flavor are both sweet orange blossom honey-forward. Tastes wonderfully fresh. Drinks super clean, light, and refreshing. I expected this to bee too sweet, but it's so clean and refreshing that it totally worked for me.

Bottle from meadery. Pours yellow gold. Nose/taste of orange blossom honey, vanilla, citric orange peel, florals and beeswax. Dry finish with a touch of sweetness. One of the better straight forward orange blossom honey wines I’ve had. They should age this in orange liquor barrels or white wine.
