A blend of rare red-fleshed fleshed apples from Washington state blended with Virginian & Pennsylvanian GoldRush apples. Dry and fruit forward, this rosé cider's blush color is 100% from apples, no additives.
*Note* Intensity of red color from red-fleshed apples varies from year-to year but the blend remains the same at 60% red-fleshed & 40% GolRrush. The image pictured is of the 2018 harvest.

Crab apples and some slight rose wine vibe. Pink pour. Light tangy finish. Tap at Dirty Truth.

Can @ Hops Hill in BK. Tulip. Red, punch-y, not quite clear color. Quickly dissipaiting pink on white head. Yeasty, soft apple nose. Was expecting more. Taste is inconsiderately tart upfront, apple core, sour cherry, soap, bitter cheese rind. Thin, sour, dry, chappy lips, harshly carbonated. Tasty experience. Apples aren't quite there, bit everything else is. --- Beer merged from original tick of Ros on 02 Jun 2019 at 02:25 - Score: Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 4 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 8.5. Excellent! Tart yellow/red/crisp apples; fruit peel/berries/red wine/herbal/yeast earth. Dry/semicrisp carb. Fairly acid/tannic dryness. No harshness. Very smooth. Great apple complexity/balance with wine yeast. Mild warmth. Very impressive as expected.

On tap at ANXO, pours a clear pale pink with a tiny head. Aroma brings out red apple skins, with a touch of tannic red wine. Flavour is quite soft, with red wine tannins, grape and apple skins. Nothing overly complex, but it works okay.
