Can from Lekkerbier, Sint Nicolaasga. Aroma is fruity hops, grapefruit, bitter citrus peel, some pale malt, tropical notes, pineapple, a floral hint. Flavour is bitter with a light sweetness and even a touch of tartness there. Body is medium. This one grew on me, I like the bitter citrus peel aroma.

Can from Livonia Liquor. Pours a clear orange gold with a finger of white foam that dissipates. Candied orange, caramel, pine and grapefruit on the nose. More of the same on the palate. Pine resin, orange and grapefruit on the finish. Lighter body than expected. Nice stuff.

On tap. Pours a clear gold with a slight orange hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has light pine and citrus rind with a bit of grain and light fruits underlying. Flavor is a bit more pine forward with some grass, citrus and sweet grains supporting.

Draught at Detroit airport, 10/10/21. Clear, brilliant, lemon-banana skin yellow with a small, fairly dense, white head, showing moderate retention. Juicy fruits, mango, papaya, pear, yellow apple and rich honey and doughy biscuit all make for a really lovely, modern take on the IPA without the New England treatment. No booze or any rough edges, and yet the hop notes are still full and interesting. Same goes in the mouth. At first I thought it was a bit pedestrian, sweet and not complex enough, but more and more interesting, complex fruit notes emerged and the sweetness never took a foothold nor did the beer bog down. Medium-full bodied and with a strong maltiness, for sure, but still ample attenuation with lovely yellow fruits of all sorts lingering nicely and no flaw or alcohol noted.

PouRa clear orange-gold and has a very citrusy aroma. The citrus hop led flavor also includes resin and some solid malt. Medium bodied with good, hoppy bitterness, it’s a very good IPA.

Orange, caramel malt, pine and grapefruit peel aroma. Hazy golden yellow with large off-white head. Moderately sweet orange, caramel malt, and moderately bitter pine and grapefruit peel flavor. Good body. Solid.

Keg at Cat Cora's DTW, 2.20.20. Slightly hazy orange large creamy tan head good retention. Aroma of lemon, grapefruit, pale malt. Taste is pine, resin, lemon, dank. Med bodied lingering bitterness. Nice old school IPA.

On tap at Griffin Claw, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out a nice dank hop character, with gentle pine, and a crisp biscuity malt backbone. Flavour follows nicely, with an assertive dank hop character upfront without being brutal. Crisp and bold. Excellent no-nonsense west coast style IPA.

Had somewhere in Austin, TX. Poured a lightly hazed golden-amber colour with an off-white head, leaving creamy full lacing. Grassy and fruity malts for aromas. Hoppy taste with a decent blend of grass, citrus and fruity base. Mouthfeel is dry and bitter, but not to the maximum. An easy-drinking IPA that is well-balanced.
