Tart cranberry waves ripple over the tongue while a pulped backdrop of blood orange rounds the mouth. Like biting through an orange with a zesty burst giving way to a pithy body.

Keg at the bermondsey tap room. A hazed pink peach coloured pour with a fine pink head. Aroma is earthy raspberry lacto, yogurt, blackberry,. Flavour is composed of prickly sour raspberry, blackberry lacto, wheat, tangy. Palate is sour, tangy, rough, highish carbonation. Rough round the edges.

Keg at Beer Dungeon. It pours hazy bright red with a small white head. The aroma is bright, zingy, blood orange, pomegranate, pink grapefruit and lactic. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, zingy, sour candy, sherbet, blood orange, pomegranate and fruit cordial. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation fun and fruity. Not bad.

Keg at the LBF Barrel Project - Bermondsey. Pours lightly hazy pink with a creamy white head. Very nice, tart berries, mellow acidity. Light bodied with average carbonation. Quenching finish, more tart berries. Super drinkable.
