Strap on your triangle bikini, book the sun bed, it's our first birthday and we're off to Copacabana! But unlike Barry Manilow, our brewery and this Brut IPA are at the forefront of global beer culture.
Emerging from the Northern California beer scene, the Brut IPA style is brewed and fermented so that no residual sugars remain in the beer, giving a light body and sparkling effervescence. If it weren’t for the intense aromas of fresh fruit salad with melon, mango, stone fruit and lemon tart, you'd swear you were drinking a fine champagne.
Bone-dry and spritzy, this hugely aromatic Brut IPA will make you want to dust off the white tuxedo, bust out the hair spray and hit the dance floor... Its Carnival in a can!

Can from lowcostbeer, consumed 2 weeks past BBE. Light hazy gold with small consistent white head. Aroma of lemon, grapefruit, passionfruit, resin, light earthiness. Taste of sweet malts, citrus, grapefruit, grassy resin bitterness. Lovely smooth medium body. High fine carbonation but only a semi-dry finish for a brut. Very tasty though.

440ml can from LowCostBeer: BB 29th April 2022. Drank while dog and house sitting in Witheridge, Devon on 6th August 2022, so out of date by over 3 months. Golden yellow body, slight haze; thin white head. Citrussy front to the nose and taste, some white wine like esters and flavour give it a dry feel in the mouth.

Rocky white head left a froth on a slowly carbonating hazy golden coloured body. Zesty citrus & white wine aroma. Medium bodied, foamy with a clean dry back. Haribos, zesty citrus, white wine & nectarine tastes. Juicy!

Draft. A hazy golden beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of citrus fruits, hops, straw, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of citrus fruits, straw, lime, hops, and malt, leading to a bitter finish. I'm not a big brut fan.

440mml. can. @home, 20/07/2020 [#3.461 Global - #11 New Zealand - #1 Urbanaut Brewing Co. (My Brewery #7 from New Zealand)] Light hazed Golden color with a medium White head. Aroma is sweet malts, lemon peel and soft champagne. Taste is sweet malty leading to an interesting champagne finish. Fizzy. Next one please!
