Flaska från Bokke, 2017. Tjockt rödlila, disig med rosavit krona. Rejält med fylliga druvtoner i både doft och smak. Fyllig kropp, mycket tanniner, proviva, laktosyra, druvskal, blåbär och blåbärsskal. Låg syra, mjuk och fin kropp, fyllig. Verkligen packat med röda druvor. Fin sträv- och stramhet. Fungerade väldigt väl som avslutning på en 12 flaskor lambic. Flera druv-varianter tidigare på kvällen, men tyckte det blev en bra stegring i ordningen (St Lam>D'Aunis>Drogone>Rood). Fyllig men elegant.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Tom L's place. Deep red-burgundy. Jammy grapes, cherries, oak, cherry pits, barnyard, wine, oak, moderately sour with a bitterish note, dry finish, a bit astringent, lively carbonation. Great.

Hazy red purple with an off white head. Aroma is heavy vinous with ripe grapes, oak and cellar funk. Flavour is moderate sweet and sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation:

Pours unclear red, medium small, pinkwhite head. Smell is bit fruity, red grapes, not as complex as some other blends to me. Taste is full, grapes, bit tanninic, dried fruits, tart, and dry.
