Bottle, 0.33l. Pours pitch black with large soapy off-white head. Aroma of dried fruits, roasted malt, coffee, chocolate and herbs. Taste starts with moderate sweet roasted malt, coffee and chocolate, follows by mild sour fruitiness and licorice, mouthfeel is warming, while finish is pleasantly bitter. Full body, thick texture and average carbonation in palate. Superb combination of imperial stout and Belgian characteristics...

Very Mooi, still has some Meedogen left. Imperial stout with the sweetness of a quad, very mellow. Fruity, plums, a bit roasted. Balanced.

Pitch black pour with a very thin tan head that is slow to rise to the surface. Smells like dark cherries, almonds and roasted malts. Taste like dark chocolate, roasted malts, bitter cherries and a bit of coffee, as well as bitter hops. Smooth mouthfeel, flat and very bitter aftertaste.

Bottle from Pivoteka, shared with Hrabren, Višnja and Goran. Poured a blackish brown body tinged with amber, off white head. Small white head. Taste... Alcohol, caramel, licorice?, raisins, toasty. Taste... Tons of caramel again, huge alcohol, almost burning, but generally fresh, slightly roasty. Interesting, but too rough for me. Funny... they call it Imperial Stout-ish if I remember correctly, not a Belgian Strong. Good, but didn’t thrill me.

0.33 l bottle from Pivoteka Zagreb. Shared with Vi?nja and Goran and Marko. Dark brown, almost black with reddish tint, lots of brown sediment. Small tan head. Red fruits, dry fruits, caramel, wine, alcohol, chocolate. Alcohol bite, roasty, a bit empty. Could have more body and less alcohol. Sweet, roasty finish with hints of dry fruits.
