Denna bärnstensfärgade ale är inspirerad av den tyska öltypen alt-bier som bryggs i trakterna kring staden Düsseldorf. Den är opastöriserad och innehåller tre sorters kornmalt, en gnutta vetemalt och fyra variationer humle. Av tradition är den lagrad kallt innan den slutligen buteljeras.

Smaken är mjuk och brödig med varma toner av sirapslimpa, torkade fikon, apelsinskal och knäck.

Passar bra till rätter kryddade med tex citrus, ingefära och spiskummin. God till lamm.

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Lightly hazy pale golden, small head. Fruiyt with sith some hay. Mid sweet with light to medium body and rounded mouthfeel, Fruity with spicy hay and leafs. Mid bitter finish. Pretty nice blond ale, but labelling it Alt-Bier makes it seem like a bad joke.

Bottle (from Systembolaget, beställningssortimentet). Yellow colour, mediumsized white head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is grassy, herbal, some mild bready and mild grainy tones. Flavour is grassy, some grainy and mild bready tones with some slight wooden tones.

Bottle from Systembolaget beställningssortiment. Golden with a medium white head. Malty with bread, grass, some grain and mild orange peel. Medium bitterness.

On tap at the Stockholm Beer Festival, 2019. Clear gold, white head. Light malt, hay, mild bitterness.

(Bottle, Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 27 Sep 2019) Golden colour with foamy, white head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of peaches, bread and herbal hops. Malty taste with bread, grass, peaches and a mild grassy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. More like a kölsch than an altbier. Quite enjoyable though.
