Charlie took a turn for the worse after winning that Chocolate Factory. After personal struggles led to the downward spiral of the Factory, he decided to clean up his act and start anew. Like a Phoenix from the ashes, Chuck's Chocolate was born. An homage to his rise, this Double Hot Chocolate Milk Stout was brewed with 30lbs of Hot Chocolate mix. We then added Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Beans and gallons of pure cacao. Fax mentis incendium gloriae.

Draft: Black, with a tan head. Dark chocolate, cocoa aroma. Taste is slightly lactic....cocoa, chocolate malt. Strong vanilla with some nice bourbon notes.... Very good.
