On tap at the Downtown location. Pours copper. Pear, black pepper, strawberry, light toffee. Medium body. Fine.

(Tap) clear, bright orange colour with a medium tall white head; aroma of compote; creamy palate; balanced flavour with a long, light bitter finish

Draft: (nitro) Light copper/amber with a creamy tan head. Slightly sour grain malt, caramel aroma. Lactic caramel malt flavour.... just ok....the sour tang just seems to be off-balance with the whole beer....

Sample at the downtown brewpub. Clear mahogany color with a medium off-white head that diminishes steadily to a film. Small patches of lacing on the glass. Aroma of malt, fruit and hops. Light body with flavors of caramel malt, earthy hops and fruit. The finish is sweet with a malty aftertaste. Pretty average overall.
