Tap @ the source. Orange blonde. Citric bretty aroma. Onions. Dry bretty citric flavor. Hints of pepper, very lightly spiced. Well balanced. Nice.

RB backlog, Bevog Festival 2018. Brett over everything else, light fresh lemon grass, a bit peppery. Light sweetness, some tartness, a little numbing in the finish - the pleasure of Szechuan peppers. Medium body, dusty finish.

(Draught at Craft & Draft, Amsterdam, 24 Aug 2018) Pale amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, slightly sourish nose with notes of citrus, herbs and grass. Fruity, slightly tart taste with citrus, herbs, hay, a touch of chilli and a mild acidity in a finish with a balanced citric bitterness. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Tasty and spicy. Quite nice.

On tap at Unorthodox Yummy, great sour saison. Light spicy, lemon, fresh. Great.

Be Unorthodox bar. Lemongrass, citrus notes in aroma. Taste, lemongrass, black pepper, citrus, tartness, slightly bitter. Dry finish. Nice.

Tap at Unorthodox Bar. Lots of bretty funk up front in aroma and beginning of flavour. Moderate bitterness and saisony spiciness in the middle, finishing with assertive pepper and grassy bitterness. Quite good.

On tap at Lajbah, Ljubljana. Pours hazy, golden orange, topped with medium sized white head. Very pelasant fruity aroma, tropical fruits - pineapple, passion fruit. Some bubblegum and later on slightly funky. Sharp spices in the taste, herbal, gentle bitterness and some sweetness. Lasting aftertaste. Light body, but very sharp taste.

Draught @ Arendsnest, small size. Cloudy golden color. Big dense uneven white head. Aroma's: big brett-funk, some tropical fruit, sourish. Retronasal: firm funky, spices (aniseed?), light bitter, light sour. Flavor is moderate sour and moderate bitter. Medium bodied. Finishes slightly dry, rather bitter and funky.
