Another delicious local beer than tastes like crap. I will drink it because somewhere, this is the local. And to that i say cheers.

24 ounce can. Found this by chance at Super BuyRite in North Plainfield. Followed a local patron to the Value priced brews at the far left of the coolers. He proclaimed this the best deal throughout the entire establishment. At $0.99 for a 24 ounce cann, I was intrigued. All I will say is that you get what you paid for. This is a beer you can bring when you go to bonfire or frat party. Pale and insipid. If all you have is a dollar and some spare change in your pocket, this brew is for you.

24 oz. can: Slightly hazed gold with a frothy, off-white head. Lemony-sweet grain malt aroma. Ridiculously sweet flavor. Sugary, corny, grain malt, aluminum. Awful.... and OH! Look! Minhas had a hand in this....what a surprise... Just bad, bad, bad... I hope my $1.38 for this enables them to buy a helpful brewer’s guide or a can of neon spray paint to tag, "CLOSED" on the side of their building..... Sorry, that’s harsh...but damn.....their stuff is terrible.

Second cheap Ice beer today in cans (the other being the Keystone Ice). Pours a little more golden than the other. Head is way better as well - way more retention and some lacing everywhere. Aromas of malts, adjuncts and hints of honey. Again, better scent, but where this one goes wrong is the taste. Sweet malty mouth with some more adjuncts and then, the same club soda feel. So, a better looking beer, but the taste kind of does not sit well in the stomach. The Keystone is easier going down.

Canette 710ml.
