Hazy light gold pour with a white head and decent retention. No lacing. Light fruit nose. Taste is a bad mix of lousy blueberry flavor and acidic lager.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a bright yellow-gold color with a small soapy white head that faded quickly and left no lacing. The aroma was sweetish blueberry and grape. The flavor was a bit dusty with cracker and moderate blueberry. Medium length finish. Medium body but a bit flat. My wife liked it more than I did. Meh.

Sample at W.G. Grinders as part of Ohio Brew Week. Clear pale golden color with a thin white head that dissipates quickly to an outer ring. Short strings of lacing. Aroma of blueberries and toasted malt. Light-bodied with an artificial blueberry character and notes of biscuit malt and wheat. The finish is sweet with a blueberry aftertaste. Average overall.

Pours clear, pale gold with a tight, white head....fizzy body. Blueberry-wine cooler aroma. Generic, dull-bitter berry taste....malt...grain... Remarkably bland....dull.

Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle poured into a white wine glass. Pours hazy deep golden with small white head that dissapates down to a ring around the edge of the glass quickly. A little thin lacing, medium body, medium carbonation, and a light blueberry aroma that fades. Taste is pilsner malt, light blueberry, hint of stale bread, and light slightly crisp herbal hop finish. Boring and not enough blueberry.

Found at vintage estate. Was expecting something a little better, perhaps wilder on the yeast side. Decent CO2 but comes across like many fruit beers, dull fruit unsweetened feeling and it seems to be a little higher in alky content, possibly even 6% or so. Medicinal in flavor but not medicinal like a highly hopped IPA. Smell is blueberry or fruit or something with a tart or sour olfactory. Yep, can’t say much about this, however, if you are a big fan of not sweet fruit beers, give this a try.
