This beer is called Heksen & trollen, that translates as Witches & Trolls. Why? We know why but we don't tell! The beer is a Saison, an old Belgian and northern France beer-style. At high temperatures fermented to make it very spicy and refreshing. Lots of citrus in the taste, but with a bitter finish. Light cloudy, blond. Formally known as White Witch

Keg @ Chez Sophie, Shrewsbury. Pours hazy yellow with fast-receding bubbly head. Aroma is vanilla & yeasty. Taste is rather odd, like a cross between a Saison, Belgian blonde and a pale ale. A little disjointed and I imagine it might taste different in bottle. Still, an interesting one.

Draught @ Tallinn Craft Beer Weekend 2015
Aroma has green apples, white wine, funky yeasty tones typical to saisons and some fruits. Flavour is somewhat dry with cereal, funky yeasty tones, some white wine and sweet fruits. Good, although slightly too acidic.
