lattina 400 ml, bel cappello di schiuma nocciola fine persistente, colore ambrato carico torbido, al naso malto tostato biscotto frutta rossa esteri leggero alcool, in bocca malto tostato caramello zucchero di canna uvetta biscotto frutta matura, corpo rotondo, astringente e acidula, alcool perfettamente bilanciato, carbonazione moderata, dolce con amaro moderato. Non in perfetto stile ma buona, alla fine bastona. c. 1001birre.it 22.08.25

Little cloudy amber beer, small creamy off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: nice, caramel malts, sweet impression, some banana, some bubble gum. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: a bit malty, grains, cow fodder, hay, bitter, a bit malty, some caramel. Aftertaste: bitter, grains, hay, cow fodder.

Caña en el Lúpulo feroz 07.. 01.. 2021. Color oscuro turbio con espuma beige. Sabores maltosos algo tostados y caramelizado con suaves amargos ligeramente lupulados. Cuerpo medio algo seco al final. Buena

440mml. can. @Aguiño, 19/07/2020 [#3.458 Global - #588 Spain - #14 Cierzo Brewing Co.] Dark copper to brown colour with a small cream head. Aroma is toffee, caramel malts and soft raisins. Taste is slightly watery and earthy. Soft toffee background. Next one please!
