We might be on the west coast but this NEIPA comes right from it's origin. It's the real thing and we're sure that you will agree this is no imposter. Tropical, full bodied and unfiltered, this is the beer that started a revolution.

Poured from 473mL can (delivered from brewery). Hazy orangey gold with white head. Mild juiciness, touch of resin. Overall, quite average, slightly unfinished, but inoffensive.

Light vegetal, pithy citrus. Cloudy gold with a small white head. Sweet citrus and pith with a dry finish.

Can from Legacy LRS, Vancouver
Cloudy dark blond colour. The hop is moderately juice (aroma and flavour(, not very bright though. There is a bit of residual sweetness but the body is weak; faint malt, some yeast; at least it's not chalky; very mild bitterness too.
Not bad.

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out pithy stone fruits, some yeast, and resinous hops. Flavour has some dank hops, light butter, and biscuity malt. Low yeastiness, which is appreciated. There does seem to be a trace of diacetyl buried in here, though it's not especially egregious. Decent, but needs cleaning up.

Adequate orange hazey body and plenty of foam though it's hard won and gone fast. Smells well of juicy hops, slightly wet, vague vegetable undertones, maybe skins in there too. Flavour is more juicy hops, vague sugar hints, sweetness. Full enough on the mouth though the sugar is a little bit overbearing, not too much. A kind of adequately acceptable IPA, by no means the best nor the worst in this town.

Opaque, with an almost orangey colour. Not much head. Lots of piney hops but also quite fruity. On the palate, diacetyl and pithy bitterness. Also decent fruits. Going to want to clean up that diacetyl, though.
