Till denna Russian Imperial Stout har vi tillsatt mörk aromatisk bovetehonung och smaksatt med brittisk humle. Maltbasen utgörs av chokladmalt, rostat korn, vetemalt och karamellmalt tillsammans med Barke pilsnermalt. För att höja vörtstyrkan kokades Ryska Björnens Stout ned under extra lång tid. Bryggd i Riala i Roslagen mellan Åkersberga och Norrtälje.

Bottled (thanks mabjork!). Black colour, small beigeish brown head. Aroma is roasted malts, some liquorice, some alcohol and mild ashes. Flavour is ashes, liquorice, some roasted malts and alcohol. Quite primitive and lots of ashes and roast.

Appearance: Black colour with a small tan head.
Aroma: Chocolate, roasted malt, liquorice.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Roasted malt, chocolate, liquorice, caramel, some coffee.

0,33 litre Bottle from Systembolaget Charlottenberg. Black with light brown head. Roasted malts, hops, yeast, honey, Caramel, sweetness, some bitterness.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Black with small beige head. Medicinal salmiak aroma. Dry with medium to full body and clean mouthfeel. Butterscotch and salmiak, some chalk. Medicinal bitter finish. Unpleasant and strange. 228/

Bottle from Systembolagets beställningssortiment. Black with a medium tan head. Aroma and taste of roasted malt, chocolate, licorice and something slightly odd. Drinkable but not that exciting to be honest.

Svart med tätt skum. Doft av kaffe, lakrits och honung. Mjuk och rund smak av lakrits, rostad malt och honung. Alkoholen värmer på slutet.
