Poured from the tap (2021 vintage). Clear dark amber brown with small beige head. Balsamic, cherry, fairly acidic without being overpowering. Decent.

Cloudy amber-brown colour, a lot of sediment. Full bodied, smooth; solid Sour with nice dark fruit character, some astringency in the finish.
Very good.

750ml @ Josh's place. Appearance: hazy copper with a tan head. Aroma: pretty nice funk, cherries, barrel, some bready notes. Taste: along the same lines. Overall: good one.

750mL bottle, pours an opaque murky dark red with a small beige head. Aroma brings out tart dark cherries, a little balsamic, and gentle wood. Flavour is loaded with tart dark cherries, a little wild yeast, and a touch of oak. Tart, fruity and oaky. Very nicely made.

Dark amber-brown colour. On the nose, woody, some dark fruity notes, not specifically cherries, but a good maltiness. A bit fizzy, touch thin, and deep fruitiness, and that does show up as cherries. I actually do like this - good malt and cherry balance to this. I mean, I'd like this beer to level up a bit, but it's pretty good, and I'll drink another bottle or two should I come across it again.

Cloudy reddish brown with a decent beige head. Soured dark malts. Soft soured dark malts and light cherry.

Great foam on this, the body is heavily carbonated muddy reddish brown. Has very faint brett yeast on the nose and hints of soft cherry, really it should be vastly stronger. Flavour is fresh yeast and malt and cherry, a little heavy and kind of a hot mess. Fun to drink, good flavours, but rough in a disjointed way. This may have been a seven in flavour but I'm feeling generous. Mouthfeel is full and right but nothing more. There are a number of elements here which are great individually but not jiving just right together. A little more attention and effort would make this amazing.
