Sampled in the Bokke/wine event , where there were 4 pairs made between beer and wine, to showcase their similarities. This pairing was about oxidative notes, and the wine used was called ' Domaine De La Loue - Savagnin 2016 '. The beer pours unclear, orange blonde. Small white head. Smell is beautifully oxidative, old lambic scent, very, very woody. Taste is full, dry, very walnutty, oxidative, oak, fruity. A beer worth persuing, a beer worth all the hype i'm sure it'll get once more people find out about it.
