Bottled 330ml. -as Poskočni Zajec with 6.0%ABV (label made for Tree Top Walk Pohorje). Black coloured, medium sized brownish head, caramel in the nose. Mild roasted malt, caramel, chocolate, light cocoa and short burnt touch in the finish.

Bottle, 0.33l. Aroma of roasted malt, ripe fruit, flowers, a bit of sweat and sauerkraut. Pours cloudy dark brown color with thin quickly diminishing tan-like head and average sparkling appearance. Taste starts with medium sweet roasted malt and coffee, following is ripe fruity and grassy, mouthfeel is smooth and mild spicy, while finish is medium bitter. Light to medium body, creamy texture and lively carbonation in palate. Not good enough to get along with Orion by Metallica..

ABV: 6.5%. Dark dark black brown colour with a large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to light light heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, cady - cake - light soapy. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, roasted, chocolate, candy . cake - light perfumed - spice. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20200615]

0.33 l bottle thanks to and shared with the Black T-shirt contest. Dark with a reddish tint. Aroma is roasty, caramely, sugary, some fruit juice, dark bread. Flavour is dark bread, some red fruit, some spice, harsh, some phenolic touch. Light body, soft texture, light finish.

Tap. Very dark brown, almost black. Medium, beige head, ok lasting. Milder malty nose, biscuity, slight roast and later nuts. Medium sweet start, roasty with sharp herbal bitterness. Lasting roasty aftertaste. Medium full body, silky.
