Temna si, bistra hči planin! je imperial stout, ki smo mu za bogat okus dodali našo najljubšo kavo Barcaffe Barista. Povezanost okusov čokolade, kave in praženega ječmenovega sladu smo dosegli s staranjem 7 mesecev. Pivo pijemo na sobni temperaturi, saj bi z ohlajanjem izgubili vso kompleksnost.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 9 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7.5
On tap at Maribor Beer Fest. Pours pitch black, topped with a smaller beige head, not really lasting. Great nose with chocolate, cocoa, coffee, vanillaand some bourbon notes. Great. Solid coffee taste, soem roastiness and gentler bitterness. A bit fuller body, but not full. A bit gentler on the taste for an imperial stout, but superb aroma.
