Gordon Imperial Oak Ale is a Belgian Scotch Ale of great tradition aged in wooden barrels with a caramelized touch and a ruby-colored shine with a rich foam.

Thanks to Kraddel / Beerlover_Ben. Sampled draft. Dark amber, tanned head. Nose is sweet bland mass sugar, caramel, plastic, candy. Taste is all plastic sugar, candy, almost fish guts yeast, weird, soap, sugar,… Body is plastic caramel & some fish guts. Weird, is this supposed to be a variation on Finest Scotch or? Got no oak here honestly. Good for a beer under the Gordon brand, bland industrial affair but a palatable one.
