28/VIII/25 - 33cl bottle from the brewery @ ElManana’s place, BB: 15/IX/25, lot: 20241211 (2025-829)

Pretty clear amber to reddish brown beer, creamy beige head, stable, a little adhesive. Aroma: very malty, lots of caramel, sweet impression, some honey, Amaretto, some almonds, dried fruits, raisins. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: malty, a bit sweet, lots of caramel, pretty bitter, grains, a bit grassy ok. Aftertaste: good bitterness, a bit fruity, oxidized, dried fruits, raisins, grains, nice hoppy bitterness, a little fruity, oranges and orange peel. Not a modern IPA, but a very pleasant and drinkable old school English style IPA!

Bottle at Jaz, poured by the brewer's daughter Eva. Clearish deep golden color white head. Aroma of mixed stonefruit. Taste is bittersweet summer fruit. Tasty.

Bottle from Pop's place Slovenia brewery no.21 Pours gold with white head. Quite hoppy on nose. Low to medium bitterness, hoppy citruses, quite okay.

Hazy, deepish golden colored, medium white frothy head. Aroma is of some malt, bit caramel, medium- citrus and tropical fruit. Taste is medium sweet malt, caramel, medium citrus and tropical fruity hops, some herbal notes, grassy, bit harsh, medium bitterness, dry finish. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, oily. I actually preferred the APA. (on tap, Metaldays, Tolmin)

On tap at Hiša Polonka. Pours hazy, amber golden, topped with decently sized, white creamy head. Nice tropical fruits aroma with pineapple and passion fruits, and not overly intense. Taste solidly bitter, just slightly herbal-like, though quite more intense in the aftertaste. Lighter body. Easy to drink. Proper and solid IPA.
