Ta ale, zvarjen v ameriškem stilu, ne skriva v sebi »le« kvalitetne skrbno izbrane sestavine, temveč tudi eno od najbolj priznanih slovenskih vrst hmelja, savinjskega volka. Le-tega smo uravnotežili z dvema ameriškima vrstama hmelja in zmerno količino klasičnega in karamelnega sladu.

»Nežne sadne note v aromi se kmalu skrijejo pred bolj občutnimi travnatimi toni hmelja. Ob požirku bomo najprej občutili sladkobo, nekoliko karamelnega značaja, sledi pa ji nežnejša, a vseeno lahko zaznavna grenkoba z nekoliko poprastim karakterjem na koncu, ki se nadaljuje še v krajši pookus.«

HopsBrew Slovenian Ale je alkoholno lažje, nežno grenkobno (15 IBU), bolj izrazito karbonizirano osvežilno pivo, katerega kvalitete pridejo najbolj do izraza v kombinaciji s toplimi sončnimi žarki.

Bottle. Deep golden pour, thicc, everlasting head. Classic herbaly, moderately fruity and a bit fruity noble hop character. Light bodied with slight overcarbonation.

Bottled@HBF2018. Hazy orange colour, mediumsized creamy white head. Aroma is mild floral, some grassy and herbal notes. Sweet malts, mild peppery, grassy and herbal tones with mild earthy notes.

Bottle, 0.50l. Aroma of melon, peach, mango, biscuit and yeast. Murky dark golden color with large frothy off-white head, fair lacing and sparkling appearance. Taste starts light sweet grainy and yeasty, following is citrusy and grassy, mouthfeel is smooth, while finish is light to medium bitter bitter. Light body, thin creamy texture and average carbonation in palate. Just an average Hopsbrew beer...

Hazy amber color, topped with larger but non-lasting off-white head, Gentle fruity nose and more noticeable grassiness. Starts malty sweet, with some caramel, mild bitterness with peppery finish. Shorter aftertaste, Light, strong on the carbonation and fresh. Thirst quencher.
