Appearance: cloudy gold with a large white frothy head of good retention. Aroma: funky and lactic sourness, wheat bread, distant orange zest. Taste: medium sour, dryish, slightly wild, bready, light citrus. Low bitterness. Palate: light to medium body, lively carbonation. Overall: very refreshing, highly drinkable, pretty good.

Draft. A hazy golden beer with a thin lazing white head. The aroma has notes of lemons, wheat, and funk. The flavor is sweet with notes of lemons, wheat, and funk, leading to a tart finish.

Golden colour, cloudy, small head. Aroma is lots of ripe apple, like cider and jam, a bit floral and white bread. Lightly sour. Lively carbonation. Original. Good!

Hazy straw colour with thin head. Aroma has lots of fruity grape tartness and woody dryness. Tastes really refreshing. Tart and a bit lemony but not too acidic.

17/12/2018 @home - 33cl bottle from a trade with jerre. Clear golden, with small white head. Nose is wheat, bit sweetness, sour notes. Taste is wheat, sweet touch, sour notes, bit citrus. OK.

Bottle. Yellow, hazy, white foam. Aroma: pleasant funky, sour, lemon, fruit, pear, white wine. Taste: wine sourness, sauvignon blanc, a little lemon, light fruitiness, a little mint, well balanced.

At a tasting, thanks, small bubbly head, quite pale cloudy yellow color, aroma of wheat, wine vinegar and funk, flavor of honey and wheat, light fruity sweetness, empathic and a little vinegary sourness. Nice and enjoyable.
