Many centuries ago, Saison was the locally brewed drink of farmworkers in Belgium with whatever was available to be light and refreshing.
Grisette is the twisted version of the Saison style that was made for workers and miners during the industrial boom.
The Stork and the Dude clashed their heads together to make a post-industrial interpretation: a refreshing, slightly acidic medium ABV beer with yeasty funk and distinct hops.

From a beershop in Sofia. Pours a hazy pale golden color, topped with a gushing white head, foamy and not stable. Spicy nose, barnyard and a bit of funk - not too intense though. Taste is slightly spicy with medium bitterness, a bit funky with a light body. Slight soury touch and abit of yeast. Nice saison.

Pours quite hazy orange, very large creamy off white head, dissipates very slowly, great lacing. Aroma is field grass, black pepper, coriander Flavor is light sweet, light bitter, earthy, grassy, Belgian spice. Medium body, soft carbonation.

BOTTLE 37.5 CL. Peppery spicy nose with notes of pale fruits and flowers, dusty herbal hops. Tastes dry and spicy, light honey-ish malts and a dry herbal bitter finish. A classic saison. Very nice.
