Bottled 500ml. -at Sir William’s Pub Ljubljana. Dark golden (almost amber) coloured, small creamy off-white head, grassy nose. Grassy, slightly bready, mild herbal hoppy and notes of caramel with moderate bitterness in the finish. All in all pretty ordinary. Two days before BBE date, have to try it fresh again.

0.5 l bottle shared with lovely Anja at Sir William’s Pub, Ljubljana, Slovenia. Clear amber with medium creamy off white head. Malty and somewhat metallic aroma, twigs, slightly floral. Heavy malty taste, very bread-like, full taste, I like it. Medium carbonation, thick bread-like finish. Not bad at all.

Pours a clear coppery color, topped with a small and quickly settling off-white head. Aroma of grass, spices, lemon grass, later also some gentle caramel and decent biscuity notes. Taste is full of spices, moderate bitterness and slight peppery finish. Herbs in the aftertaste. Silky feel and very nice summery beer.
