Vi ville ha en pilsner som hade en markerad sötma, och en behaglig beska. Vi lutade oss något mot danska öltraditioner, och resultatet blev Figeholmspilsnern. Tysk pilsnermalt och humle från både Tjeckien och Tyskland har fått samsas i koket. Figeholmspilsnern passar utmärkt till saltad eller tung mat, men även som en ren törstsläckare.

Bottle 33 cl. Pours a cloudy golden with a white head. Malty nose with a hint of flowery hops......and Brett. Medium body, suoer dry and tart - I believe there's a lactic infection here, and the leathery notes indicates Brett as well. Dry, tart, bitter finish. 051022

Bottle at Kråkan. Hazy pale golden body, white head. Flowery-herbal, lightly citric hoppy aroma, some doughy notes. Lean taste, dry, slightly empty, bit creamy, honeyish, a bit herbal and vaguely bitter at best, thought dryish in the finish. Okay enough.

--Bottled at Kråkan, Oskarshamn. -- Clear pale golden small head. Grassy, mildly spicy nose. Dry with light to medium body and clean, crisp mouthfeel. Grassy with salty bread. Long bitter finish.
