Sort of a pale amber colour, bright, but lifeless, with no head. I have to say I agree with Dean here - I've known people who drink only ghetto white and this comes across that way. Like a ghetto white mixed with some flabby malts. On the palate, I like it better. It still has a bit of that cheap white character, but that vinous note is a bit snappier, as the acidity comes in a touch. Still some biscuity unfermented malt that leaves a bit too much of an impact, but it's better on the palate.

Okay foam on a clear gold body, smells of cheap white wine and vague lager hops. Flavour is strong white wine, not too bad quality, and cardboard and lager hops. A slightly tart finish with fruity notes as a nod to the chardonnay. Medium finish, good level of tartness and sweetness. Drinkable but you better like white wine, and not the good stuff either.
