A lightly sparkling, medium dry cider which is crisp and refreshing. Made from 100% Gloucestershire cider apples. Named after Tyndale Monument which overlooks most of the orchards from which we pick our apples.

Box @ Salutation Inn, Ham. Pours a misty gold. Pure apple fruit on the nose. Good medium-dry character, soft tannin, pure fruit with an enticing sweet side. Good stuff. --- Beer merged from original tick of Tyndale Gold Cider on 07 Nov 2014 at 14:00 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 6. Original review text: 500ml bottle from Stirchley Wines. Pours a clear, still gold with next to no fizz. Marginally sweet apple tart aroma, taste is slick, medium sweet apple juice with a touch of furry tannins. Very simple blend, nice enough.

Bottle bought at Gloucester Services on the M5 motorway. Golden in colour with a few bubbles of fizz. Easy drinking, medium dry cider, with plenty of juicy apple fruit, a hint of the farm yard and a refreshing finish. Enjoyable.
