Bottle from Beer Zoo. Pours just about see-through red- gold with a thin white head. Very full-on aromas - cherry, wine, oak, a light funkiness and faint acetic note. Guessing maybe not all of this was aged in red wine barrels? Seems like there might be some white wine notes in there too. Taste has a hit of sweet cherry up front, more wine and wood, then a palate-cleansing sourness. Good stuff.
