9th July 2018; Shrewsbury Beer Exchange Group meeting in Chez Sophie. Pink hue to the amber body, light pink head. This had the aroma and taste of a mixed fruit punch bowl that had been allowed to turn sour rather than ripen, because someone had poured a cheap white wine into the bowl.

375ml bottle @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, July 18. Pours hazed pinkish orangish. Taste is crisp, moderately sweet with soft integration of cherries and gentle barrel-aging influence. Gentle sour edge. Nice.

Bottle split at 36 Levels Lost, thanks to Scopey, 17/04/18. Lightly hazed orange with a reddish glint. Nose is funk, pink apple, straw, light pissy citrics, red berry must. Taste comprises sharp red berries, funk, grains, light dungy tones, damp straw, lemon drizzle, apple core, modest acidic bite, wood must, grape skins. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Decent sour ... drinks easy for the ABV.

Thanks to Paul. Hazy and slightly dirty looking peach colour beer, a few peach colour bubbles. Palate is light, dry and finely crisp. Slightly sour berryish fruits. Vague woody vibe. Little bitterness. Trace or lemon. Light finish. Interesting. Quite well joined up.

Light sweet flavour with more poo, dried berries, wood, peach, funk. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Drying finish, musty, more poopy berries, funk, hay bales. Well done.
