DDH Black IPA fermented with Lallemand New England yeast. A big charge of Citra and Denali hops are added at flame out as well two dry hop additions. A malt bill of Pale, Crystal and Carafa Special II malts keeps things balanced.

330ml bottle from Vinomondo, Conwy. Pours black, frothy tan head. Aroma is strong pine, grain, roast. Taste presents strong grainy roast, pine, lime, grapefruit very robust bitter hoppy presence against a solid malt base. Exceptionally good black IPA.
