500ml bottle from Euro local swap. Fresh out the freezer on the first hot day of the year. Pours a hazy gold, small white head. Light peach-tinged hefe yeast nose. Fairly light on the palate, lacking a typical hefe-like smoothness. That said, some yeasty sweet esters persist, with faint peachy echoes and tropical juice moments. Pleasant, enjoyable but could do with a bit more body and yeast.
