On tap at The Growler Guys, pours a clear dull blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of apricots and floral perfumey notes. Flavour is similar, with loads of perfumey notes and apricots, along with thin green apples. Not too impressive really. Amateur cider.

Bomber from Made in Oregon. Pours near perry color with only a few bubbles. Aroma is more dry plum wine than anything else that comes to mind. Med minus body. Flavor is sort of white wine with stone fruit. It is astringent enough to be labeled tart, but sour is nowhere in it. Light honey sweet would be more appropriate. Definitely tart. Not my kind of apricot. Very complicated play of dry, tart/astringent/sweet. Certainly very different, and not in a bad way.
