Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - pale yellow with a short lived white head. Steady carbonation. Nose - quite pungent, rich sweet apple. Green grapes and pears. Taste - pear, stewed apple, quite sweet this time. Palate - medium bodied, tangy but sweet middle. A little bit of tang on the finish too. Overall - good.

330ml can from Cat in the Glass. Pale golden colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of apple, pulpy, some core. Taste is sweetish, alittle tartness, with apple, fruity, a vanilla note, and some acidity. Light bodied, light carbonation, medium-dry finish with boozy hints. Quite drinkable.

Box @ Coracle. Pours a misty golden yellow. Aroma is fruity, light. Taste is typically light, gently fruity, very dry with a woody acidity. Light and watery, drinks well for the strength.

From cask at Evening Star, East Sussex, on tour to 22 southern counties with OGJ and EE 05.01.19. Cloudy pale straw colour. No head. Complex aroma and taste, with fresh apple juice, ethanol, calvados and a hint of pear zest and cardamon.
