Vintage Cider pressed from the best of the seasons apple harvest, left to ferment naturally before being matured for at least two years in aged Sherry and Port barrels. Vintage ciders are full of depth in character, colour and taste, and are available as a dry, medium or sweet cider.

Draught straight from the barrel@ Perry's Cider Farm, Ilminster. Pours pale gold. Aroma has nice medium sweet apple fruit. Taste presents a nice rich sweetness with a light astringency, soft underlying tannin. Tasty.

Draught. Orangeish golden colour with no head. Aroma is rather sweet apples, some slight yeast, a bit bacony with some sour wood as well. Flavour is sweet apples, some wood, vanilla and sour/tart notes. Overall sweet, but stilldifferent from the "sodapop ciders" in Scandinavia.

Pours clear orange with no head. Aroma of sweet apple notes, hints of perry, tart notes and wood. Taste is fruity with notes of apples, perry, hints of tart fruits and wooden notes. Finish is sweetish with some vinous notes. Nice, quite tasty real cider.
