Clear pale yellow gold with no real head beyond a few fast disappearing bubbles. Sweet apple sauce aroma. Fresh and a touch fizzy, sweet apple juice, no acidity but a slightly dry finish.

Bottle at 1900 Art Cafe. Medium sweetness, hint of tartness. Very basic sweet apple character, simple, single-dimensional. Easy drinking though, refreshing, moreish.
